NightGlyph is an independent web design and development studio in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and operates this website. You can reach us at hello@nightglyph.com.

What we collect. NightGlyph collects only what you send through the contact form: name, business type, contact channel (email or LINE), existing website (optional), chosen package, project type, budget range and your project description. These details are used only to reply to your inquiry — they are not shared with third parties and are not added to any mailing list.

Storage. Submissions are not stored in this website’s database. They are delivered by email to the studio mailbox and exist there only. Website backups (retained 14 days) contain no inquiry contents.

Spam protection. Submissions are rate-limited per network address using a short-lived (1 hour) hashed identifier; no browsing profile is built. Routine server logs record network addresses for security and operation.

Analytics. This site may collect anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics once it is connected by the owner. No names, emails, phone numbers or message contents are sent to analytics. Until analytics is enabled, nothing on this site tracks visitors.

Retention. Inquiry emails are kept in the studio mailbox for up to 12 months and are deleted earlier on request. Server access logs (network addresses only) are kept no longer than about one month and are cleared on a monthly schedule.

Your choices. You may ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent by emailing hello@nightglyph.com.
